I work to develop and strengthen policies, systems, and environments that advance health equity.

My focus is at the intersection of health and poverty, on addressing the root causes of disparities along lines of race and ethnicity, gender, and other elements of identity or group constructs.

Values & Approach

My work is grounded in listening, integrity, and justice. I center the knowledge and experience of people who are impacted by structural oppression, and I draw on interdisciplinary theories and research to co-create change.

I have worked and studied in a variety of roles, sectors, and areas of focus, with a common thread of health equity woven throughout. Review selections of my work and experiences, as well as my full resume.

My reflections take what I am observing, reading, or experiencing as starting points for exploration. I aim to elevate voices and issues that shed light on equity, and to draw connections across perspectives.
